Time off from work
I work for a small organization, and as such - we don,t have FMLA. I think it is policy that any paid time off I take comes from my PTO and beyond that up to 6 weeks - it will be completely unpaid. For some reason I was thinking that the 6 weeks were paid and that didn't count against my regular PTO. How does it work in your workplace? (and what size/type is your workplace)?
