Got an IUD today and still cramping

I got an IUD today and I'm still cramping and it's really scaring me. I just feel very uncomfortable. Is this normal? Will this go away? I don't do well with this kind of thing and I'm overthinking it. I'm scared I will be able to feel it. Will I be okay?
