Period

My baby is 4 months and I finally have received a visit from aunt flow.(breastfeeding) I'm beyond week and I'm constantly cold except my face is hot and I have flush cheeks! I'm light headed at times and don't have much energy. Is this normal or should I go get checked out?

My periods are usually light and regular but it's super heavy. I have bleed into my pants twice today.. Sorry TMI
