Heartburn help?

It started last night! My throat is so raw I'm losing my voice. Any ideas besides Tums? I'm sleeping on an elevated pillow tonight.

Apple cider vinegar helps a lot! It tastes terrible but gives me relief instantly. I mix it with water so its not too strong!

Zantac and tums I get heart burn on and off all day every day it sucks . I thought milk helped me but according to my doctor milk causes heartburn also

My doctor said to try Zantac today since it stops acid before it happens. Tums just help to eat up the acid that's already there. Fingers crossed because man it hurts!!

Spoonful of mustard.  Literally saves my life.  Its kinda gross but so worth it
