35 weeks and spotting?

I noticed some spotting about 10 minutes ago. Not too heavy, not very dark. I called The nurse, and they told me to keep an eye on it and call back in an hour. I don't have any cramping or anything like that, and my water hasn't broken. Any ideas what this might be?

I had a lot of bleeding yesterday that suddenly stopped. My doctors weren't worried at all. They said only worry if I'm bleeding enough to soak up pads like a period.

I logged on to see if anyone has posted something on this topic. I am experiencing bleeding (some clots & bright red) with cramps and sharp shooting pains. I'm 34 weeks. Hopefully someone comments with good feedback besides the "call your dr" "go to the ER" advice. This is my 3rd so those of things I have already thought about but I don't think it's anything serious to worry about right now.

I had spotting or more like some streaks on my panties only, a few weeks ago. Doctor couldn't really explain it but it stopped and hasn't happened again
