40 and Pregnant for the first time!

Hey everyone my name is Sonya. I found out last week I am 6 weeks pregnant for the first time at 40. Wasn't expecting this so it was a shock!! I am excited and a bit scared!! I have Felt good overall besides some off and on minor cramps, a few headaches and the boobs! I own a fitness studio and am a fitness model so this is going to be a big change for me!! Planning to stay fit and be as active as possible. Hoping this feeling good continues!!
