22 hour Labor

Rayona • Jael's Mommy 👶🏽🍼.
I went into labor around 6:30pm on 2/8/16 , I was already dilated 4 1/2 cm and my contractions where 7/8 minutes apart , so I went to the hospital and was sent home , i tried getting sleep and when that didn't work and was too painful I got in the tub and labored from home in my bathtub until about 7 am then went back to the hospital , I was then dilated 6cm and  my contractions where 3/4 minutes apart ... Then I stopped dilating , I was stuck at 6cm and my contractions where now coming 2 minutes apart so my doc to broke my water and I slowly started to dilate again & around 4 pm I t was finally time to push , because of a previous spinal surgery i didn't have an epidural, I had a pain push button thing but I couldn't use it during delivery , we didn't know my son was positioned the wrong way (already facing upward) , which prolonged my labor and delivery , once his head was out I had to continue pushing because it wasn't safe, my SO almost fainted from the scenery of my baby crowning. so my Sister cut the umbilical cord , he was born 8lbs 4oz , 20 inches long at 4:37pm on 2/9/16 , I had a    L2 perineal tear and they stitched me up without any anthesia ( I felt EVERYTHING ) I was told I did well for a natural birth , I didn't scream or curse , I was very pleasant surprisingly but after birth was EXTREMELY tired , I lost so much blood that I was falling asleep during getting my stitches, my sister kept pinching my cheek so I'd stay awake
