Share some techniques, tips, herbal remedies, etc. that help you get to sleep quicker! 
Mine are: Sleepy Time Tea, drinking a cup of powdered Magnesium w/ water (for when I have joint pain too), relaxing each body part individually from top to toe when lying in bed, and meditating :)Â
