MASSIVE PIMPLE

Oh my gosh, I have always gotten pimples randomly on my face but I always get them in one specific spot, right on my cupids boy on my lip and they take forever to go away. I was wondering how you guys get rid of them because mine just can't seem to go away at all. It's a blackhead that turned into a whitehead and it is bright red. If anyone has any suggestions I would be extremely greatful
