Things you didn't know you needed?

Hey mom's 
Im just trying to make a list of everything I need to prepare for baby. I'm finding it overwhelming because there are so many little things I never even thought of, like nipple cream... Lol
Im just wondering what things you didn't know you needed until you had the baby... Like basically the little things I'm probably forgetting. Any help or advice would be appreciated!!  Have a great day :)

Lots of pads.  Extra long/overnight ones.

So many burp cloths, we go through 4-6 a day because our baby has reflux/spitting up issues
Swaddlers
Zip up footie pjs, we found that we hate the snap up ones
A few different brands of bottles because baby will decide
A boppy with a few different covers for unfortunate spit up/blowout issues
Comfy sleep bra and nursing pads

-Sling or wrap
-I wouldn't want to do it without a cosleeper for sure!!
-Hand covers to keep baby from scratching face
