Twins/Multiples

My birth mother and her sister are identical twins. My aunt's children and my mother's children all look very similar. We could all pass for siblings easily.

My question is, does anyone know my chances of being pregnant with twins? I don't know what all really factors in for the chances to increase but I'm 5'0 tall and weighed about 220lb before pregnancy. I'm 6 wks.

I'm like the shortest on my family's side. My mother and aunt hit 5'4 - 5'5

I had a miscarriage last year with my first pregnancy. Did not have a DNC.

Hubby's younger siblings are fraternal twins if that is a factor.
