Serious post, I'm not trolling.

For the past two years, I've been obsessed with eating cookies daily. Like I'll get home from work and eat cookies, I make sure to always have cookies, or cookie dough in my fridge at all times. Idk why I like cookies so much. But I'm seriously scared I'll gain weight or get diabetes later on in life from it. How do you wean yourself off of cookies? It's like an addiction. People laugh at me, because I can't go one day without cookies.
