How did you meet your significant other? 😊

I'm sitting here loner style at my house because my sister is out of town and my boyfriend is out of town at a conference.. just wanted to strike up some conversation!

How did you and your boyfriend/husband/or significant other meet?

I met my boyfriend on a blind date! My cousin and his roommate were seeing each other and the two planned a night out where we both didn't know we would meet unexpectedly. I always thought strange of blind dates, but I have never been happier with anyone else than I am with my boyfriend Jay. 😊

I met my boyfriend on a cruise. I was in a 3 1/2 year relationship with someone else when I met him. It felt like it was destiny. There's no other way to describe it. It felt like my life was a movie haha! He loves me the way I need to be loved and although it sucked breaking up with my ex, it was the best decision I ever made.

We met online actually. Through Facebook by accident. But the first time we met like face to face was 8 months after we started dating. We 'met' in the airport when I was moving in with him.

It was actually during band camp! (I promise it isn't as lame as it sounds!) 
He was the drum major so obviously when he talked or flirted with me, I didn't pay any attention. I just thought he was doing his normal drum major duties. 
Well at the end of the week, there was word that there was going to be a party at the band frat house. He ended up spending about 15 minutes trying to talk me into going. 
I'm not normally the type to go to parties, but he just sparked something in me that made me want to go. 
I ended up agreeing and going to the party that night. 
He actually met me at the door and led me to the back porch to get away from the packed kitchen and we just talked for the rest of the night.
We've been together for six and a half months and I'm as happy as ever 😊

I met my bf in Chemistry class in college! The first time we actually "met" I literally ran into him and dropped all my things. He ran off of course, not noticing me at all because he was in his own lil world. Eventually we sat next to each other in class because we thought the other was cute. I always dropped my eraser/white-out so he could pick it up for me (highschool/middle school thing, I know) but it worked! He then started asking me to eat lunch with him after class and then we started to get to know each other/hung out at each other's places to watch tv and do hwk. And a couple months later, we ended up cuddling and having our first kiss on his bed.

It's funny, we met after I went through a huge break up/when he decided he never wanted to date/love anyone. But I guess we just couldn't help but fall for each other.

We've been together for over a year now :)

He dated a good friend of mine for a while. She broke his heart through a text. She also screwed me over and didn't talk to me for months because of my current boyfriend at the time cause she didn't like me with him. A year after they broke up me and her have barely spoken, and me and him were good friends. I wasn't with that boyfriend who cheated on me and treated me life crap every day for 4 years anymore. So We started as a friends with benefits and now he's the love of my life. I couldn't imagine my life without him I can't believe she let him go.  However, that old friend now hates me.
