me and my boyfriend are pretty sexually active (1 to 3 times a week). we are condom perfectionists and very careful during the act. I take the pill, and I'm a little bit faulty at remembering to actually take it. I take beyaz. but for some reason, every month before my period, IM SO PANICKED. like right now, I am having PMS symptoms and thinking that it's not PMS and that I'm pregnant. any advice? words of wisdom? anything would be greatly appreciated. thanks❤️
