Here is my situation, my dad texted me and asked if he could take my hubby and i shopping for baby items, of course we were like aw how nice of you and of course! Well my first question to myself was like well crap what do we get? Here's what we already bought; stroller, infant carseat, crib, crib bedding, mobile, playpen/bassinet, dresser, a couple boxes of tommee tippee bottles, a medela breastpump, my mom (her and my dad have split up) tells me she has bought TONS of things, like so much she's had to put them in her spare room! I have already invited about 40 people to my baby shower and set up a registry with what else we need. And my mother in law wants to throw me a baby shower at her church😳 So do we go with my dad this weekend and get things we need and whatever we get at the baby shower we return/exchange? Any suggestions of items would help! Im a FTM,  I just feel kind of bad because i know my dad wants to be so involved with his grandchild since he missed a lot when i was little so i dont want to deny him this, you know?
