I noticed spotting the other day, I got put the shower and was drying myself and noticed blood on the towel. I also noticed it later on after having a pee, some blood on the tissue. I remembered the previous day having some uncomfortable pain in my lower abdomen and alarming put two and two together and presumed it was implantation cramping/bleeding. The pain and blood has stopped now, but I woke up yesterday with a terrible headache and had diarrhoea this morning. (Sorry I know it's morning in UK!😁 but I heard this can be a pregnancy symptom) 

At first I presumed the bleeding was because I'd forgotten to take pills 2 days in a row, which I took that day. Me and my boyfriend have sex quite regularly so we had sex around that time/on the days I forgot them. Has anyone had this or can advise?
