Why can't I eat 😩

For the past couple days now I haven't been able to eat properly and when I do I'm just feeling awful n sick I'm now in my second trimester. (They say you get better) they lied ha but then again everyone is different. My stomach is so tender to touch, cramping but nothing bad. Every morning I'm on the toilet with diarrahea. This is my first pregnancy, really not feeling good
