HELP !!Pregnant women w/ O Negative blood type????

I have O Negative blood. 
I've been reading different articles online suggesting that I get a shot once during pregnancy and once after called Rhogam . how many women had to get this shot and did you carry on to have a healthy pregnancy.

I had to have the shots and everything went beautifully. Went on to have my 7lb 14oz baby 2 days shy of his due date. Due this time in November and I'll be getting them again this time. Nothing to worry about

I am a negative I only got the shot if I was bleeding or spotting in early pregnancy. But I had to get the shot at 28 weeks and and after I had my baby. He is fine and healthy

I got it with all three of mine, during pregnancy and after they were born. I'll get it with this one too. The shot doesn't really hurt and it's nice knowing my kid's blood types.

Check what your husbands blood type is also, cause I got the shot with my two daughters. Turns out hubby's A- so... I dont have to get rhogam if I don't want to.

Yes ma'am. I've had the shot before baby was born with all four of my children, and after baby with two of them. If baby has a positive blood type then you will need the rhogam after birth, If they have a negative blood type then you don't need it.

I got mine around 22 weeks and then again after delivery when I had my daughter almost 9 years ago. Even if a miscarriage occurs you need to get one. I am only 4 weeks now but I will be receiving one again

I had it with my little girl. I had a shot half way through my pregnancy Then when she was born and didn't have negative blood, I had one before being released.
