How did u take castor oil?

How did you take the castor oil? (If you don't have an answer just don't comment.) I ate it in some dip last night and it did nothing. But I don't think I took enough, trying to drink it in oj is awful! Is there some kind of shake I can put it in?

1 tbsp straight. Chased it with Sprite. My water broke 7 hours later and son born this morning perfectly healthy and weighing a whopping 9 pounds

I tried caster oil last night with orange juice. I mixed like 4 tablespoons of OJ to one tablespoons of castor oil. I did have bad diarrhea, but I had been constipated for several days so I didn't mind lol 
After about 4 hours, I took half a tablespoon to about 4 tablespoons of orange juice. That was around 7 pm. I fell asleep around 7:30, woke up at 11:30 with contractions. 
Baby was born today at 10:38!!!

I downes about 2 oz Monday night.. Had lotttts of pooping abd vommitting I walked the block for 15 mins .. Did 20 squats.. I had a few good contractions and nothing else! Ughhhh Im so ready to see my Baby girl

I took it straight (using a tablespoon) didn't mix it with anything and chased it with a Pepsi. My friend mixed hers with ice cream.

I took 2 tablespoons and mixed it with about 8 ounces of orange juice and less than 10 hours later I had my little one. Had no diarrhea or vomitting. Labored only for 5 1/2 hours and had a sucessful VBAC. Baby and I had zero complications!!

I did it last night I did two tablespoons and chased it with some juice. Now I feel so sick and have pooped so much 😭 I had contractions for and hour 5 mins apart but now nothing. Not worth it it makes you feel awful

I have taken it twice with no results. First time I took it straight and followed it up with some warm tea. Second time I mixed it with orange juice and it was disgusting!! It didn't do anything either time except give me the runs. This was last week. I'm thinking about trying again but after the oj fiasco I don't think I can... I tried last night to take it straight and all I could think of was the chunks of oil floating in the juice and immediately spit it out. Just take it straight. Little bits at a time and chase it with something warm or fizzy to help get the oil down.

I just downed oj with it about 1 1/2 hours ago... Not sure if it's from that or just from a whole day worth of pain but contractions are super intense now and he back pain is taking my breath away
