Does it matter if u were baptized as a baby into a catholic church and want to practice witchcraft?

Not at all. I'm considered an apostate and a heretic. I was Baptized Catholic, took the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession), the Sacrament of The Eucharist (Holy Communion), and was Confirmed as an adult in the Catholic Church. I think of myself now as a Pagan Omnist mixed with aspects of Catholicism. I worship the pre-Islamic Pagan Arabian Goddess al-Lāt and The Virgin Mary. (Actual Catholics do *not* worship Mary, and they consider it a great sin to do so.) However, I'm Pagan, like I said, and to me Mary is an aspect of the Mother Goddess that was stripped of Her true glory and downgraded in order for a patriarchal monotheistic religion to gain control over women. My mom thinks I'll burn in Hell, but in my opinion Hell doesn't exist, we reincarnate. Anyway, you can be Pagan no matter what religion you used to be. And honestly, since I converted in 2011 I haven't met two Pagans yet that believe the exact same thing. Paganism is very often highly individualized.

Many times, in the old country, Christianity and thr Old Ways existed side by side. Even my friend's very catholic grandmother will warn against the fae and the banshee.
It's not a matter of one or the other. They can both live together in your heart if it's important to you.
