Does it ever come out?

After making love, does any of it ever come out? I need tips and sorry by being so blunt with the question.

yes it does come out but there are ways to keep it in. lie on your back and prop your butt up with a pillow or anything that will elevate your legs in the air and keep the position for about 10-15 minutes. not sure if this was the advice you was looking for.. but better safe than sorry?..
