Support when burned out

How do you help/support someone who is burned out if you're burned out?
This is a genuine question, not sarcastic. I'm looking for ideas. My husband and I have been through a lot the last little bit and I'm burned out. He is as well. I want to be there for him. We've only been married 19 months and have a 9 month old. He started toying with the idea of sleeping through the night just this week. I'm so grateful. I'm hoping by getting more sleep, the burned out feeling with dissipate quickly.
My husband works so hard. I worked while he finished his masters in a year. It was tough for him and for me. Now he's working 50ish hours a week with an hour long commute and trying to study for certifications on top of that.
Point is, we're both exhausted. I want to be there for him. What suggestions do you have?
EDIT: I just want to thank each of you for your comments and support. After your feedback, I used my birthday money to book a hotel for the two of us. I was able to get my sister to make the trip to watch our little boy. I can't tell you how renewed we both feel. I did this as a surprise to my husband. He expressed gratitude many times. That was exactly what we needed! Thank you, again, for your input!
