Ever since getting off of birth control in early December/late November after 7 years I've only gotten one period from 1/29-2/03. This is making me so frustrated and very difficult to predict ovulation. Anyone have any advice? This says AF is supposed to show on the seventh but Ovia says I'm over a week late. Been having mild cramps and slight back pain over the past week but nothing today.
