How often to test?

I just took a test at 7 dpo & got a BFN. (I know, I know, that's early to test. I just couldn't take it anymore!!!) How often afterwards are you ladies testing? Do you test daily or is that just tormenting even more? And expensive. Do you have the self-restraint to wait a few days and test again?
