Assisted Fertility 3/23 Cycle Buddies!?

Hello everyone! I've previously posted in the general cycle buddy group but half of the ladies arnt going through what I am so hoping to find some ladies to chat with and support through our TTC journey! A little about me, I'm 25 and TTC #1 with the hubby. Been diagnosed with unexplained fertility as all of our tests have come back normal. Did Clomid for three cycles with two IUIs however were insuccesful and started to thin my lining and had a massive cyst last cycle and took one month off. I am now on Femera/letrozole with Ovidrel trigger and another IUI this cycle. AF is due on the 23 of March and I go in to check follicles on Monday (Day 10). I just had my 1st IUI about an hour ago.  I took Femara from 3/1 -3/5 and injected the Ovidrel on 3/8 and had the IUI today, 3/10.  Husbands sperm checked out perfect before insem today, too.  He's been on CoQ10 for a month due to low morphology.  AF due 3/24.  Hope she doesn't come.  Baby dust all around!! 💫💫💫👶🏻👍🏼

Went in for my IUI this morning! I had a good 21mm follicle and an almost 10mm lining so I Ovidrel triggered Monday night and hope this will be my cycle! How is BDing going for you ladies!? Ovulating yet or testing?!

I am going through almost the same thing, except AF will be the 28th for me. Most of our tests have come back fairly decent, except my hubby has a low morphology and somewhat low count ( we're doing medication on his side). We tried Femara for a few cycles last year and stopped, and just recently started up again ( I'm on cycle number 2) this month we will be doing an IUI and ovidril, most likely next weekend. Totally understand what you're going through! It's hard to find people going through the EXACT same procedures on here!

Nvm! You're in Florida :) I saw it on your profile. Would you mind me asking what insurance you have and what they cover? I've been looking at Blue Cross and Blue Shield but not sure if there are better options out there.

Wednesday is coming up so fast, and I'm worried! I just know I'll be getting a sad phone call that my blood work was negative for hcg. My sister and law happened to get pregnant around the same time (I was two weeks ahead of her). Well now she's 32 weeks and gearing up for labor and here I am back at square one. I would've been 34 weeks :( just makes me want to cry. It's been 4 years of trying to get pregnant, and now I feel that this expensive IUI has failed. Our insurance doesn't cover any infertility treatments or testing so 1200 came out of pocket. It's just hard watching someone progress through their pregnancy who tried for 1 month. I'm jealous, hurt, angry, sad, and it's hard not to be mad at her when she complains about how big she's getting. I WISH I was that big, or able to see my baby grow and develop. I know it's a test from God, and he's asking me to trust him, I'm just so hurt that it's very hard to see the silver lining. Ugh, felt good to get that off my chest. Sorry guys.

Second round of fremera day 6 today. My doctor doubled my prescription this time. We will trigger again on Saturday! The only side effects from Fremera is the cramping and hot flashes at night- yikes!

I caved and took a test. I know it's way to early and I hate that I lost all willpower. Of course it was negative, but the thrill of taking a test was a good release. I have to wait at least 4 more days. Ughh!

It's been a struggle for my husband and I, for sure. 
I have severe PCOS (over 25 cysts on both ovaries) and my left Fallopian tube is completely blocked off due an an abdominal ectopic pregnancy that I had last year and lost my babies. 
I went in for an ultrasound and bloodwork today and was told good news! I responded to the 100mg Clomid and have 3 follicles waiting to be fertilized...two 14mm follicles and one 16mm follicle. I am taking the HcG Pregnyl 10,000 units trigger shot Sunday and doing my first IUI Tuesday March 22nd when my follicles are 22-24mm!
