Can anyone help?

I think someone has been using my Social Security # and I'm pretty sure it is my mother that is doing it. I found some things out that I know for sure I haven't done that is in my name.. who can I talk to bout this. My mom is ruining everything for me she's even messing up my credit with her bull shit. Who can I talk to?? I just want to dump her out of my life. As of right now I cannot purchase a home because I have bad credit I can't get a car.. I just started my life and this stuff goes far back.. and it looks like she put her mortgage in my name. Just need help. Please.
