Do men care what a woman's body looks like naked?

Ok so I would like honest answers from men here even woman. So I'm currently going thru a divorce and I'm terrified of having any other partners in the future. I am very insecure of my body mostly because my husband always tended to complain about my body. Anyways my problem is that I've had 4 full term pregnancies. My last 2 were very hard and was put on some medication which cause me to gain a great amount of weight. Well that also caused me to get a lot of stretch marks on my stomach even thighs. I have lost all of that weight, I go to the gym 6x a week and I'm told very often that I'm a pretty girl and I have a great body that I'd have no problem finding a guy. But my issue is that with clothes I may look good but being naked is another story. Even though my stomach is flat I now have extra skin on my tummy that could only be surgically removed (also my boobs need a lift) and it's embarrassing. I'm terrified that once I have the courage to have another partner he maybe turned off by this. What would you guys be thinking if the girl looked hot but was another story being naked? Please be honest. Btw Im 28.
