Miscarrying...

Hi ladies. I am pregnant with my first, around 5 weeks...however yesterday I was told that my hcg levels are dropping and that a miscarriage would begin soon. I had hoped against hope that maybe the levels were wrong, but I started bleeding yesterday and today it seems I am indeed miscarrying. Last night I went back and forth between being ok and bawling (with no real in between), today I'm just numb. I guess I just wanted to introduce myself to the group and ask for your guidance and support. My heart is with all of you who have experienced this loss, I never fully understood how much it damages you until now.
