FTM worried about postpartum self-care!
I'm a little concerned about the pain, bleeding, and everything else that comes with having a baby vaginaly.
How long did you bleed for? I've heard anywhere from 4-10 weeks afterwards.
Any tips on dealing with the sore under area?
Anything to help ease my mind?? Lol
