Still births?

What's the likelyness of a still birth and how do I know if it well happen?

eat healthy and dont consume inflamatory food especially sugar and junk!
i had a still birth and was diagnosed with lupus!

Occurs 1 out of 160 was the statistic I read, it happens but is still a low percent & usually there is a reason it happens, placenta failed, umbilical cord accident, etc. go to your appointments and stay in tune with your baby's movements especially after 28 weeks and never hesitate to go in if you're worried. That's the only thing you can go, and unfortunately it still happens some. Worrying about it isn't good for baby though.

You can not know it. Unfortunately you never have guarantee that it won't happen. It just happens :(
