Matron of Honor

My best friend is getting married at the end of the year, and I am due 10/19/16. She hasn't set a date yet, but she's looking at 11/12/16. Do you think I will be able to make it to her wedding (body recovered, speech prepared, ready to party)? I thought it would be fine, but my MIL told me to consider not being her bridesmaid, or asking her to push back the wedding. I don't know what is worse!
