Gm ladies

Hii I've been ttc for almost 6yrs now had a hsg done and they told me that my right tube was blocked 😢 since then my dreams of becoming a parent again came crashing down is there anything I can take to unblock it doc wants to do surgery but he doesn't give me a good rate that it will help so I decided to start losing weight I'm thinking that maybe that would help can someone plz help
