Compression socks!

I've been experiencing a LOT of swelling and pain in my feet, especially days that I work and am on my feet all day. My feet looked like balloons and they itched from all the stretching skin and my ankles were the size of the top of my calf. If hubby poked them, they were like memory foam, staying indented.

I bought compression stockings two days ago, and in those two days, 90% of my swelling is gone, and my feet don't hurt anymore! They're fantastic, and I recommend them to anyone who's experiencing moderate or severe swelling in their feet, or for anyone who's on their feet all day. I bought them at shoppers drug mart for $30. :)
