Mamma bliss is the best brand. And yes it works but sometimes if LO is really grassy you end up using it a few times a day. Gripe water is considered homeopathic so it's not too bad but of course you want to give it in moderation. It worked wonders when my LO was a newborn and was a life saver

I used to babysit a newborn and her mom would give it to her when she was being fussy from gas. She mixed it in w her bottles & it helped her.
