TMI!!!.....

I am so constipated it's not even funny. I even think I have hemorrhoids but I heard hemorrhoids hurt but mine don't....i can't get in to see my doctor until March 22, I've been drinking a ton of water, eating lots of fibres plus taking a fibre vitamin to help with the constipation, plus I'm taking Lactoluse..... Well nothing is helping and when I need to go it just won't come out... I literally have to stick my finger up there and dig it out in order to get it out. I am extremely embarrassed but I just don't know what to do anymore. I just want to be able to go to the bathroom already. I've had difficulties from 8 weeks pregnant but about 2 weeks ago it's just getting worse. :(
