TMI pic! Blood clot after d&c - is this ok??

I had a d&c 4 days ago and this just came out. Should I be concerned???

I had even bigger clots then that 5 days after my d and c. 4 giant ones to be exact. Dr told Me as long as it isn't bleeding blood filling one pad per hour it's ok.

I had a D&C Decemeber 14th. On December 26th I started to pass large clots like that, within the hour, I was filling an overnight pad within minutes. I went to the ER and found out there was missed tissue from the first D&C and had to have a second one. If your bleeding does not increase or if you don't pass more clots like this, I wouldn't be too concerned.
