I swaddle my 3 month old when she sleeps but lately she has been busting out of her little straight jacket. I have tried different swaddle blankets the swaddle me and halo and she always gets out. So I figured I would try her without it but she just wakes herself up constantly and rubs her face so I started swaddling her again. Any suggestions on what to do. I would love to stop swaddling her but she doesn't sleep well at night when I do try.
