I'll after miscarriage ?

Can anyone help I have just had my second miscarriage after the fort I had a lot of pain but straight afterwards all of my pregnancy symptoms went away , I am now really confused because when I went through the second I had a lot of blood clots but haven't bled at all afterwards also I am still feeling ill I still feel sick every morning and my uterus and back keep aching but I haven't had anymore blood , a few days after the miscarriage I was sick about 10 times in one day , I wasn't even sick that much when I was pregnant could anyone please tell me if they have ever had anything like this happen to them ??????
