Learning how to breath.. during miscarriage
They need to give birthing classes at the very beginning of pregnancy.. Teaching breathing techniques, Bc learning how to breath during a natural miscarriage is the same damn thing as labor and women are so unprepared. I have to keep reminding myself to breath so I don't pass out.
Any tips? This is my first pregnancy and miscarriage.
