Fertility appointment tomorrow

I am 32 ttc#1, been at it for 15 months now. Been through the fertility tests, just had surgery to check fallopian tubes and now i'm at the stage where they need to decide what's next.... Clomid or <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> or something else to help us.
Nervous but excited to finally be getting some help!!
Looking for people to share the journey with - both ttc, and hopefully soon the pregnancy journey! ❤️
