Help please

So this was my first month of taking clomid. I did pretty well with it. No symptoms at all. Today I'm on 7dpo. On days 3,4 and 6 dpo I have milky pink cm. weird right. I'm super bloated, tired and occ waves of nausea. It kind of feels like something is inside my lower abdomen( same feeling I had when I had a cyst) do y'all think this could be due to clomid or does it sound like positive signs?? I heard clomid can affect you during your full cycle so I didn't know it this was normal or not.
