When does the pain stop?

I had a natural mc on Saturday and I've done nothing but sit in the bath or lay in my bed. I was between 8 and 9 weeks and my abdomen and pelvic area are still very sore. I'm taking T3's but the pain is still there. It's achey like I have just given birth because I guess technically I have.

When does the pain go away?

It's been 11 days for me and the pain is finally gone and the bleeding looks like it's stopping. Hope you don't have to go 2 weeks like me but it can happen.
I was 5 weeks 5 days i think.

I'm still in pain, as long as I am laying in bed with my legs curled up the pain is bearable. My doctor is back in the office tomorrow so I will finally get to call and find out what I need to do. I'm not sure if this is normal or not to have so much pain still. Palpating my ovaries is very painful, using my legs is painful, standing upright is painful, my whole abdomen feels beat up and bruised. Ugh.

I miscarried Saturday as well. So sorry for your loss. I was 12 weeks and mine was bad. Have you had an ultrasound done to make sure everything passed? I had a partially natural miscarriage, meaning the baby passed but the placenta and other tissue were still inside so I had to be rushed to the hospital and rushed into surgery for a D&C so my uterus wouldn't become septic. My doctor just told my fiancé today he wants to do another ultrasound next week to make sure everything is out. He also put me on antibiotics as well. As of today I have no physical pain and my bleeding is down to spotting. Just emotional pain to get over now. Hope all goes well with your healing and hope to see a future post about your rainbow baby!!! Maybe you should make sure everything has passed tho as a precaution.

I was 9w3d when I lost my baby. The pain was intense during the loss. By the next day, it had subsided a lot but not completely. By the third day I was only spotting and the cramping had stopped. The emotional pain, however, leaves you drained and sore and exhausted for much longer. Hang in there and get some rest, talk to family and friends. That helped too. And when all else failed, I cried and prayed and cried some more

I was 10 weeks when I miscarried. I'm on day 8 and still bleeding a medium to heavy "period". The first 3 days were painful but it subsided as my uterus shrunk down. Hopefully you don't bleed as long as myself. Positive thoughts sent your way.
