Daycare for my newborn?

Question

Any suggestions on affordable and SAFE daycare for my newborn? I'll be returning to work when he is 12 weeks and am panicked by the horror stories I've heard about infants and lack of proper training and care at daycare. I am a FTM and want to make sure I do this right for my little guy. If anything were to happen, I just don't know what I'd do. Not to sound paranoid, but he is my son and I am being a protective mama bear! Thanks, ladies for any help or insight.

I agree with the babysitter. I've been looking into daycare and can't find any suitable ones around my area. Maternity leave at my work is only 8 weeks (unpaid) I'll be struggling to buy diappers by then and I'll have to return to work around then.
