Need advice on preschool

Okay so I need advice..my daughter will be 4 this summer and she goes to a daycare/preschool where I work. I can keep her her and let her do the preschool program starting in fall in 4s class or I been considering putting her at a different preschool. I am not crazy about the idea cause she has always been at the daycare I have worked at and I'm not ready to think my baby will soon be going to preschool the kindergarten but I consider it cause I want to prepare her for me not being there all the time and I think it would be great for her. Would you ladies keep your kid where you are or consider switching it up??
