I know it doesn't go here but I just need some answers quick. I feel miserable.

I have a horrible sinus infection (nose & ears hurt) and I can't get the pain to stop. I have work tonight at 4pm and need to be functioning.

My nose and sinus canals started deteriorating awhile back due to snorting meth for a couple years, so my nose is always bleeding and I'm more succepitble to sinus infections. Lately they have bee unbearable. Does anyone have a home remedy to relieve the pressure in my face,head and ears?
