Could I get a tweak?

So my husband & I have been TTC since December & as I've come off the depo injection at the end of November & yet to have a period, I've been using the cheaper ovulation tests I bought in bulk off amazon (they're the same ones they provide to hospitals) & the one I've just done looks like it's a positive for a surge. Husband isn't convinced but I took a photo after 5mins & would like another opinion/tweak if possible...I've also been sat here watching it get darker over the last 5mins of the test (I'm now past the 10min wait stage), I'm really hoping it's a surge!
