I'm going with the spectra. I have a friend that loves hers, and another friend that has both a Medela and a Spectra and says the Spectra is a better pump.

I love the ameda. It's Close system so you don't have to worry about milk getting in your pimp

I have the Spectra and medela. The spectra is so much more comfortable, I highly recommend it, I'm an exclusive pumper and get great results with it.

I have the Medela In Style double electric pump but haven't used it yet. I'm due in April. I just bought the Medela harmony manual pump for on the go. Have any of you used the harmony pump and if so what are your thoughts on it?

I had the Ameda. It wasn't ok, not great. Going with the Spectra this time around since it is hospital grade! Apparently you can use the Medela battery pack accessory for on the go pumping if you don't have access to an outlet.
