I am a freshman rn at a college 7 hoyrs from my house that i loved and still do. Problem is my grades are horrible (i did amazing in high school) i study so much, go to tutoring, talk to my teachers and still end up gettings c's and d's. Idk whats wrong but no one is helping. I'm considering transferring next year but idk if that is going to help. I know i shouldnt spend so much money when i'm not doing well but idk is that going to change anything???
