Running and other activities during 2ww
Does anyone have thoughts on intense workouts, runs, or yoga during two week wait? I used to work out all the time but don't anymore. I want to start adding running back in but I'm nervous it will hurt my chances of implantation. My doctor won't give me a clear answer other than she prefers I don't do a lot of jumping around and I am careful with yoga and inversions. But basically said just listen to my body. She said the main concern with certain exercise is that the clomid can cause overstimulation and it's more an issue with ovaries than actual pregnancy. But I've spoken to someone else whose doctor told her no running or yoga at all. I just don't want to do anything to hurt my chances. Would love to hear your opinions! Thanks!
