Hi. I have had 2 miscarriages. And my last period was January 27th. I have been having back pain and little sharp cramps for the last 3 weeks. Took 2 test. Both were negative. Went to the ER and explained my situation they only gave me a pain shot for my back. No pregnancy test done. According to the app I am 5w6d. When should I test again and which test should I use??. I really feel pregnant
